We pride ourselves on showing our clients our respect of their time. We do our best to keep our appointments on schedule. In the event of us needing to move an appointment, we notify you quickly.
*Being a small business, it is crucial that our clientele understand and respect our time also. If you are running later than scheduled, we need you to notify us ASAP. If possible, we try to accomodate small changes without extra charge. If we have to reschedule your appointment because of you being late or cancel without 24 hours notice, a 50% charge (of the scheduled service value) will be added to your next appointment. This includes no-shows.
Please understand that we plan schedules weeks and months ahead of time and when appointments are lost without the opportunity to fill those slots, we lose valuable income essential to keep offering our services to you.
