Gift Certificates / Cancellation Policies:

Q: What is our cancellation policy?

A: Services booked and then cancelled with less that 24 hours notice will be charged 20% of the value of the services. Our time is valuable and we value our guests time as well. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your service to allow for service preparation.

Q: What happens if I have to cancel one of my package services with less that 24 hours notice?

A: You will lose that service from your package.

Q: What if you cancel last minute or no-show on a Gift Certificate service?

A: You sacrifice the entire gift certificate.

Q: What can Gift Certificates be used for?

A: Any service of equivalent value. If the Gift Certificate is for a lesser amount than that the service, you are responsible for the difference.

Q: What if I can't make it in to redeem my Gift Certificate before it expires?

A: We offer a 13 month expiration and suggest calling to schedule your service as early as possible to allow plenty of time to get your appointment booked.

Body Waxing:

Q: How long do I have to grow out my hair for waxing?

A: Typically 2 weeks or at least a rice grain length is best for optimal hair removal success. Please do not trim your hair, if it is necessary to trim before waxing, we will do that for you. If the hair is too short the wax cannot remove the hair.

Q: What is the difference between a bikini wax and a brazilian wax?

A: Bikini = roughly an inch inside of the bikini line and whatever may be outside the bikini line. Brazilian = Everything front to back... yes everything! (And also is considered for any hair removal more that the Bikini Wax description.)

Body Wraps:

Q: What do I need to do to prepare for a BODY WRAP?

A: Exfoliate the night before or morning of and do not apply lotion. Drink a lot of water the day of and 3 days after. Bring a bikini or extra set of bra and underwear to wear during the service. (It will be wet after the service) Be prepared to not shower for 6-8 hours following the service.

Spray Tanning:

Q: SPRAY TANNING: How do I prepare for a Spray Tan? Is it orange or streaky? Applied by hand or booth? How long does it last? Do I need to do anything special afterward?

A: We suggest exfoliating well and shaving prior and not to apply lotion to anywhere aside from knees, elbows or other extra dry spots. We use South Seas Tan solution and it creates a gorgeous natural tan without streaking (though exfoliation is key to ensuring an even application). We apply our tan by hand for accuracy and it typically lasts 7-10 days. The longevity of the tan depends greatly on your preparation and after care. We suggest waiting 6-8 hour minimum to shower post-tan and AVOID ALL WATER including rain for the same amount of time. Upon leaving your tan is just starting to develop. Give it plenty of time. While showering and drying – remember that rubbing will exfoliate your tan... gently rinse and blot. Keep moisturized for a longer lasting tan.

Microdermabrasion:

Q: What is Microdermabrasion?

A: We use diamond-tipped Microdermabrasion technology for a safe and affective, deep exfoliation of the face or other body area. Typically minimal after effects but may have some mild redness and possible flaking for a couple of days.
